Not everyone can lead a warehouse.

For one our clients in the retail industry we are looking for a Warehouse Manager who knows how to create order in a busy environment, build a strong team, and keep operations under control.

But who are you really?

You are a hands-on leader who enjoys being close to the operation, understands warehouse dynamics, and knows how to keep people, inventory, and processes moving in the right direction.

In this role, you will oversee the daily warehouse operation, including receiving, replenishment, inventory control, and distribution. You will play a key role in creating operational structure, improving follow-up, and ensuring that the warehouse continues to support the wider business efficiently.

What's expected from you:

You lead by example. Accountability, consistency, and follow-through are essential to success in this role. You know how to build strong relationships and create a positive team environment, while also being comfortable addressing challenges and maintaining high standards when needed.

• Experience within warehouse operations, logistics, retail, or supply chain environments;
• Experience leading operational teams and creating accountability;
• Comfortable working with inventory, systems, and operational data;
• A practical mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving;
• Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership;
• MBO+/Bachelor working and thinking level.
