Our client is looking for a Financial Controller who understands that numbers are not just numbers. They tell the story behind cash flow, costs, margins, inventory, risks, and overall business performance.

This position requires someone who can maintain strong financial control while understanding the pace and practical realities of a retail environment. Flexibility, creativity, and sound judgment are important, but always within the boundaries of compliance, structure, and professional responsibility.

The Financial Controller is expected to look beyond reporting alone. The role requires the ability to identify risks, recognize opportunities for improvement, ask the right questions, and translate financial information into clear insights that support better decision-making.

Your financial foundation:

• Bachelor working and thinking level in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in accounting, finance, auditing, or financial management;
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and internal controls;
• Experience in retail, supermarket, wholesale, or distribution environments is a plus;
• Comfortable working with accounting software, ERP systems, Excel, and reporting tools;
• Strong analytical skills with a practical and solution-oriented mindset;
